Just a quick post today of a layout I created from my LSS... Scrap N Book. Stop on by the store and check them out here:

The Layout is created with the fabulous Bo Bunny Flutter Butter line which I absolutely adore. I also used Ali Edwards stamps from Technique Tuesdays.

Of important note: The layout is based on a sketch by the wonderful Rita Shimniok. She has a fantastic blog worth checking out here:

5th grader

Isn't it fun when you create a layout using a patterned paper titled "Kitchen Spice"... and make a layout about starting 5th grade? It just proves how versatile the patterned paper really is! I love the color scheme of this paper - it is so rich and full of texture.

I cut the butterfly out of the Bo Bunny Double dot paper and then couldn't resist adding flowers that I "fussy cut" from the Kitchen Spice Sesame paper.

The chipboard star makes the perfect home for the title... and don't you love the Jenni Bowlin calendars? They are perfect embellishments!

The next time you decide to make a layout... think outside the box. Possibly Kitchen Spice would make a perfect Back to School layout for you!
